3. Data Ownership and Usage

• User Content: You retain ownership of the specific data you enter about your pets.
• Aggregated Data: You grant PawFitPal a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, reproduce, and analyze aggregated and anonymized data derived from your pet and feeding logs for product development, market analysis, and AI training.

4. Payments and Billing

Subscriptions are managed through third-party providers. You agree to provide accurate billing information and comply with the terms of our payment partners (e.g., Zoho).

5. Limitation of Liability

PawFitPal is provided “as is”. We are not liable for any health issues arising from the use of our tracking tools; always consult a vet for medical decisions.

These terms are governed by the laws of the United Kingdom.
